Kyle James Headshot

I am a fifth-year Game Design and Development BS/MS student at the Rochester Institute of Technology.

My passion lies in orchestrating the symphony of varied talents to produce gaming experiences that captivate and resonate.

I helped bring the world of ChangelingVR to life and created a lasting structure for project management moving forward. I'm currently working on my Capstone game, Libertalia, for my Master's degree.

I am actively seeking to work in the video game industry. In the meantime, I'm honing my skills to carry me forward.

What I Did: Organizing the team to use an agile process informed by Scrum, including artifact-centered development. Setting and managing prioritization. Managing external playtests and methodology. Managing external teams and communicating with project stakeholders. Pitched the original concept.

What I Did: Supervised and coordinated 80 student-employees to produce the Changeling VR experience. Selected team leads and organized team meetings to orchestrate necessary collaboration. Created an internal wiki and task management board system on ClickUp for current and future teams for project management.

What I Did: Designed and developed video game servers in Garry's Mod, Minecraft, and Unturned. Designed and developed a website to handle transactions linked to game servers.
